Brussels Sprouts Meatballs

Ingredients

16 oz pack frozen brussels sprouts (thawed)

angel hair pasta, cooked

2 lb ground beef

1 lb bulk sausage

1 cup bread crumbs

tomato sauce

1 package onion soup mix

6 oz can tomato paste

2 eggs

Preparation

1.

Mix all ingredients well (except sprouts)

Wrap each sprout individually with ground meat mixture and place on cookie sheet

3.

Bake at 325° for 45 minutes

4.

Serve on bed of angel hair pasta with tomato sauce
