It is my very first time making dough outside of a job. I lived the process but I accidentally the next day let the dough sit for 2 hrs. So my dough was mushy but still made it. Plus I over cooked it sip the pizza was hard like a disk but still edible. I gotta check up on my ting big time!!

20 minutes plus overnight rising time and 1 hour resting time

Makes 2 pizzas, about 10 inches in diameter

1 cup warm water

1 packet ( 1/4 ounce) active dry yeast

Generous pinch of sugar

1 tablespoon best-quality olive oil

About 2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
