1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup chopped, raw walnuts

1-2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 1/2 tablespoons butter + more for cooking (or coconut oil)

1 egg
