1/2 cup heavy cream

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 cups pecans, toasted and cooled (I leave mine whole, but you can chop them if you prefer)

1 teaspoon vanilla
