1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

2 tablespoons coconut sugar, sucanat, or brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil, softened

1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (or honey)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch salt
