I have tried this 3 times now. I love the taste BUT make sure you water down the coconut milk. I became nauseated from the concentrate.

I make this with the following (one serving): 1 scoop Whey protein powder, 5 blueberries, 1 ripe banana, 1/4 cup coconut milk, water and ice...It's amazing. I love it - my kids also. I think this recipe is too rich.
