3/4 tsp salt

1 Tbsp baking powder

2 ripe bananas, smashed

1/3 cup vegan buttery spread, melted

3/4 cup soy milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup roasted peanuts

a few dashes of cinnamon

optional: splash of vanilla extract

Sides: fruit salad and maple syrup for pouring.
