4 x Shallots, cut into thick slices

1 x clove garlic, crushed and finely minced

1/2 cup curly parsley, finely chopped

12 sheets Phyllo Dough, thawed

7 ounces Reblochon Cheese, cut into squares

3/4 cup GruyereCheese

8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 tbsp cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1-1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
