1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

3/4 cup of sugar

3 tablespoons of light corn syrup

heaping 1/3 cup of Cafe Du Mond coffee (or another dark-roast ground coffee)

4 ounces of high-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
