Ingredients for 4 servings

2 Roasted red bell pepper

1 Roasted Red jalapeno peppers

1 Roasted garlic bulb

1 Roasted red onion

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsps red wine vinegar

2 tbsps olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Roast all the rest of the roasted stuff on the grill, peel and seed the peppers

All ingredients in a blender

Blend until smooth and Adjust salt and heat to taste
