3/4 cup warm water

Perogie

1 medium chopped onion

2 tablespoons sour cream

salt and pepper

3 cups sauerkraut (or more)

2 teaspoons oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 cups flour

4 tablespoons bacon fat or butter (vegetable shortening can be substituted)
