  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, certified gluten-free
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 2/3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (i used King Arthur brand)
  • 2 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • Cooking spray
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (once again, King Arthur)
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats, certified gluten-free
  • 6 Tbsps butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
