1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon McCormick garlic powder

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons coconut oil (or olive oil) 2 small shallots, minced

3 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed

7 small carrots, peeled and diced (equals to about 2 cups of carrots)
