1/2 teaspoon black pepper , freshly ground

1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped

2/3 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth

1/4 cup fresh basil , chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice , fresh

6 garlic cloves , halved

Vinaigrette

5 cups salad greens, gourmet

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 lbs large shrimp , peeled, and deveined
