I tried a healthier alternative by boiling the potstickers in chicken broth for 7 minutes and then baking them in the oven instead of frying them in oil. These were delicious!!

4 cups all purpose Gold Medal Flour

1 1/4 cups HOT water

1 lb. ground pork

2 eggs

1 Tb. sugar

2 Tb. fresh grated ginger

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup finely chopped bok choy

1/2 cup finely chopped water chestnuts

1/2 cup finely chopped scallions

2 Tb. soy sauce

1 Tb. sesame oil

2 Tb. dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 Tb. rice vinegar

1 Tb. sesame oil

1 Tb. sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp. chile garlic sauce

2 Tb. chopped scallions

Oil and water for cooking
