½ cup (1 stick / 113g) cold unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch (12-mm) pieces

¼ cup (60ml) cold water

heavy cream, for brushing crust

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 bunches kale, de-stemmed and chopped

2 ears of corn, shucked (about 2 cups)

1/2 teaspoon minced dill

1/2 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt

fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
