300 g of leftover roast beef, cut into thin strips

1 head of Chinese leaf

1 red pepper

2 tomatoes

2 spring onions

200 g of cucumber

300 g of rice noodles

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

1/2 handful of coriander leaves, optional
