Ingredients for 3 servings

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 clove garlic, sliced

1 bay leaf

1/2 large onion, chopped

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

1/2 carrot, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 zucchini, chopped

6 mushrooms

1 can (15oz/425g) tomato sauce

1 pc. Plantain, sliced (I use nice firm yellow banana)

3-4 eggs

2 Tbsp. oyster sauce

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. raisins
