1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/3 cup low-sodium chicken stock

1 (8 ounce) bag of your favorite tortilla chips

1 cup black beans (if canned, then drained and rinsed)

6 ounces white cheddar cheese, freshly grated

4 green onions, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

2 cups lettuce, shredded

1 avocado, chopped

1/2 cup freshly torn cilantro

2 tablespoons snipped chives

plain greek yogurt or sour cream for serving
