225 g caster sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

75 g dark chocolate, melted with a tablespoon of single cream

25 g grated dark chocolate

50 g white chocolate, grated or use chocolate chips

100 mls extra thick double cream

150 g mixed frozen berries mixed with 25g caster sugar

100 g dark chocolate melted with a tablespoon of single cream
