1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup reduced-fat sour cream

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup brewed Dutch espresso coffee

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels

cooking spray

Real Dutch Real espresso Cream:

1/4 cup boiling water

1 tablespoon fine-ground espresso coffee granules

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1/3 cup light chocolate ganache*

12 bittersweet chocolate truffles, for garnish
