The recipe is just okay. The liquid from the wine, butter, and lemon juice really kept the fish moist. The pepitas really didn't add much in my opinion.

Came out very well. Recipe was simple and easy to follow. The capers added plenty of salt so I didn't add more at the end.

Ingredients for 6 servings

2 Tablespoon Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds)

6 Ounce Halibut Fillets (4)

2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

2 Teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground)

2 Tablespoon Olive Oil (Extra virgin)

2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh)

1 Cup White Wine (Dry)

2 Tablespoon Butter (Unsalted)

1½ Tablespoon Capers (Drained and rinsed)

½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved, quartered if big)

½ Cup Fresh Basil (Torn, plus a handful of small leaves for garnish)
