Ingredients for 4 servings

½ x 500g bag mini new potatoes by Sainsbury's, halved

350 g bunch Sainsbury's asparagus, each spear cut into 3 pieces

1 tablespoon horseradish sauce by Sainsbury's

2½ tablespoons Sainsbury's white wine vinegar

150 ml crème fraîche by Sainsbury's

Juice of 1 lemon

½ teaspoon Fairtrade white caster sugar by Sainsbury's

3 tablespoons sunflower oil by Sainsbury's

½ teaspoon mustard powder

1 red onion, finely sliced

1 cucumber, washed, halved, deseeded and thinly sliced

½ x 200g pack radishes by Sainsbury's, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced

250 g pack Sainsbury's baby plum tomatoes, washed and halved lengthways

½ x 28g pack fresh flat-leaf parsley by Sainsbury's, washed and chopped

75 g bag baby leaf watercress by Sainsbury's

250 g pack British smoked mackerel fillets by Sainsbury's, skin removed and flaked into pieces

½ x 300g pack beetroot dipped in malt vinegar by Sainsbury's, cut into small cubes
