2 cups long-grain jasmine rice

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil

{obox} 1 teaspoon salt

1 pandan leaf, tied into a knot (optional)


2 cups Chinese cabbage, in 1 inch pieces

2 green onions, chopped

3 sprigs cilantro, chopped
