2 tablespoons olive oil, plus additional for oiling dish

1/2 pound shitake mushrooms, stems discarded and caps sliced

2 packages frozen squash puree (12 ounces each), thawed

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese (about 2 ounces)

1 tablespoon sea salt

1 3/4 cup whole milk
