1 dried guajillo chile, soaked in warm water removed seed and sliced thin

3 garlic cloves , minced

3 baby carrots, fine diced

1 chipotle chile in adobo , seeds removed and diced

1 bunch cilantro , rough chopped

1-2 avocados , diced
