10 Ingredients

  • 200.0g carton chickpeas or ½ a can, rinsed and drained (freeze leftovers)
  • 4.0 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt , to serve
  • 400.0g can tomatoes , whole or chopped
  • small bunch coriander , roughly chopped (save a few leaves, to serve)
  • 2.0 tsp cumin seeds
  • 850.0ml vegetable stock or water
  • 140.0g red split lentils
  • 1.0 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion , chopped
  • large pinch chilli flakes
