200.0g carton chickpeas or ½ a can, rinsed and drained (freeze leftovers)

4.0 tbsp 0% greek yogurt , to serve

400.0g can tomatoes , whole or chopped

small bunch coriander , roughly chopped (save a few leaves, to serve)

2.0 tsp cumin seeds

850.0ml vegetable stock or water

140.0g red split lentils

1.0 tbsp olive oil

1 red onion , chopped

large pinch chilli flakes
