2 slices goat's cheese from a large log, with rind

olive oil

½ tsp ground allspice

½ tsp ground ginger

2.0 tbsp sultanas

1 red onion , halved and sliced

2 pears , peeled, cored and diced

2 slices walnut bread, toasted

2 handfuls watercress , to serve

½ tbsp dark muscovado sugar

1.0 tbsp redcurrant jelly , mixed with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
