1/2 pound white button mushrooms, stemmed, caps sliced 1/4 inch thick

1/4 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 teaspoons finely chopped thyme

1/2 cup fresh mild goat cheese (3 1/2 ounces)
