2 organic carrots, grated (approx. 2 cups)

1 lebanese cucumber, grated (approx. ½ cup)

1 organic celery stick, thinly sliced

½ cup sunflower sprouts

¼ cup seed & grain mix with raisins (I used pura veda)

1 tbs tahini

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

2 tbs good quality olive oil

½ tsp raw honey or agave nectar

1 tsp filtered water
