4 tablespoons Grapeseed oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

5 ounces soba noodles

2 Blood oranges

1 small Romanesco cauliflower, broccoflower or broccoli, cut into small florets

2 sprigs flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
