0.5 tsp of chaat masala

2 tbsp of gram flour

1 tbsp of cornflour

0.5 tsp of carom seeds

0.25 tsp of fresh ginger, finely chopped

0.25 tsp of green chilli, finely chopped

1 tsp of fresh coriander, chopped

1/2 egg, lightly beaten

0.25 tsp of deep orange food colouring

1 tbsp of water
