Ingredients for 8 servings

2 cans (15 ounces each) no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 large yellow onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 large crown (about 1 pound) broccoli, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 to 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, tamari sauce, or Bragg's Liquid Aminos

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

Black pepper or cayenne pepper

4 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1/2 lime

8 8-inch flour tortillas
