I'm no professional chef but like to try new recipes on a Sunday morn. The volumes were undecipherable, the bulgar did not absorb the fluid and the whole thing was a throw out. Rate zero.

Ingredients for 2 servings

80 g bulgar wheat

160 ml chicken or vegetable stock

glug olive oil

1/2 onion or a few spring onions - finely chopped

1/2 a 400g can of tomatoes - chopped

dash of chilli sauce - to taste

2 eggs

a grating of cheese

Fresh herbs to garnish
