1 medium onion, chopped

1 Tablespoon unrefined olive oil, unsalted butter or unrefined coconut oil

1 cup millet, rinsed

3 cups water

3 cups cauliflower florets

3 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 Tablespoon chopped chives, optional (I didn’t have any the day I photographed this.)
