2 cloves of garlic, crushed

400 g tin of green lentils

300 g potatoes, boiled or steamed until tender

250 g mushrooms, sliced

90 g of porridge oats

3-4 tsp of Schwartz Season-All spice mix (you can use your favourite spice blend)

3 tsp flax seeds

a good grinding of salt and pepper
