4 ounces silken tofu (firm) thinly sliced (I used Mori-nu brand)

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

4 ounces fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced

8 leaves fresh basil

salt and pepper

4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
