Pretty easy pretty good. It was a crowd pleaser although I thought it a little boring. Best served with crusty bread.

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into large pieces

4 carrots, cut into large pieces

1 large onion, peeled and cut into wedges

3 1/2 pounds bone-in beef short ribs

1 cup applesauce

1/4 cup cider vinegar

4 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 cup apple cider
