400.0 ml red wine

2.0 x 390g cartons chopped Italian tomatoes

5.0 sprigs of rosemary

zest of half orange, in long peelings

2.0 bay leaves

2.0 sticks cinnamon

2.0 star anise

500.0 g pumpkin

2.0 tbsp roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley

grated zest of 1 large unwaxed lemon

2.0 garlic cloves, crushed
