Ingredients for 4 servings

2-4 salmon fillets

1/2 cup hazelnuts

1 summer cabbage

2 carrots

1 apple

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup creme fraiche

1/2 lemon

salt

pepper

Preparation

1.

Chop the hazelnuts

2.

Coat the salmon fillets with the nuts, season with salt and put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees

Chop the cabbage

4.

Grate the carrots and apple

5.

Mix the creme fraiche with the mayonaisse and squised lemon

6.

Turn the vegetables in the sauce and season with salt & pepper

7.

Serve & enjoy :)
