Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 cup rice

1 cup small pieces of broccoli

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

1 cup brussels sprouts

1/2 cup  onion

1 container firm tofu

3 tbls  soy sauce

3 tbls  water

1 tbls  hot sauce

Preparation

1.

Chop up peppers, broccoli, onion, Brussels sprouts

Cook rice

3.

Mix together soy sauce, hot sauce, and water

4.

Vegetables on frying pan and after veggies are well cooked add sauce and tofu

5.

Add rice in pan and mix in till hot
