enough chicken stock from bouillon or concentrate to make 2 cups

1½ cups frozen slender beans

1 cup boiling water

1 14-oz can coconut milk

1½ cups frozen peas

3–4 tablespoons green Thai curry paste

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
