1 teaspoon xanthan gum

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger or GF pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup organic coconut oil

2 organic free-range eggs, beaten

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla

1 rounded cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup organic light brown sugar

2 tablespoons brown rice flour or coconut flour

1-2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
