Ingredients for 4 servings

1/3 cup plain yogurt

3-4 anchovy

2-3  garlic clove (can roast first)

1 juice of a lemon

2 tsps worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp EVVO

to taste pepper

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Blend in cuisinart or blender

Fold in Parmesan cheese
