1/2 cup black or kalamata olives (niçoise, if you're feeling fancy!), chopped

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon butter, softened

3/4 cup milk, whole or 2% preferred

1 cup (8 ounces) mozzarella or fontina cheese, shredded

1/2 cup (4 ounces) goat cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
