1 onion, chopped

2 Tbsp. butter

4-5 eggs (I used two real ones and 3/4 cup egg beaters in mine)

1 cup milk (I used 2%)

Pepper

8 oz. crumbled feta (I used fat free)

6 oz. chopped cheddar cheese (I used white cheddar)

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

3 cloves chopped garlic

3 slices cheddar cheese
