Used unsweetened baking chocolate chopped into chunks to cut the sweetness a bit. Also had no trouble removing them- used parchment with a foil backing. Super quick and easy!

These were good, but I couldn't get them off the wax paper to save my life. A bit disappointed they came out nothing like the pic

Ok, apparently the spray makes it spread. If you let them cool completely they come off as well.

These taste really good. Even with the parchment they stick pretty badly. I'd suggest spraying the parchment for easier removal.

got these in the oven now... if the batter is any indication...YUMMMM! mix this dough with ice cream, and I"m thinking it would taste an awful lot like a brownie batter blizzard... yum..

These rock. I prefer bittersweet chocolate chips over semi-sweet, I think the sweetness of the powered sugar comes out too strong if you use sweeter chocolate.

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 large egg whites

2 teaspoons vanilla
