Ingredients for 6 servings

1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks

1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

2-3 onions, chopped

4-5 cloves garlic, chopped

1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

1/3-1/4 cup cider vinegar

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Hot sauce, to taste

1 can crushed tomatoes (15 ounces)

1 1/2 cup chicken stock

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup chives, chopped

6 store-bought corn muffins

2-3 tablespoons butter, melted (eyeball it)
