Ingredients for 6 servings

2 inch piece of ginger, peeled

4 large cloves garlic, peeled

1/4 x turmeric

1 tsp chili powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground cumin

3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1 tbsp freshly-squeezed lime juice

Few drops of red food coloring, if desired (I leave this out)

2-3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/2 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1-2 x fresh jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced

1 x lime, sliced and cut in wedges
