4 anchovy fillets, rinsed

2 large cloves garlic

pinch of salt

1 large egg

1 large egg yolk

2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp dijon mustard

¼ cup olive oil

6 slices country bread, torn into pieces

3 Tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

4 tilapia filets

½ cup butter, melted

4 Tbsp Cajun blackening seasoning

2 large heads romaine lettuce

⅓ cup dressing

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

1 cup croutons

black pepper to taste
